Availability is calculated in real time, so a slot disappears as soon as the staff member or room it needs is booked. Two clients can never reserve the same time.
Can clients book weeks in advance?
Yes. Clients can browse forward week by week and book whenever suits them within the window you allow.
Does availability take staff and rooms into account?
Yes. A time is only offered when both a staff member who provides the service and any required room or resource are free.
What stops two people grabbing the same slot at once?
When a client selects a time it's held for about 10 minutes while they finish booking, so it can't be taken from under them.
