There are three plans: Free at £0.00/month, Professional at £19.00/month and Growth at £39.00/month. Paying annually saves around 10%. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, and there are no setup fees — you can cancel anytime.

Yes. The Free plan includes an online booking page, calendar management, unlimited appointments, a customer database and automatic email confirmations, for one staff member — with no card required to start.

No. Customers can book in a few taps with no account and no app — just their name, email and phone number. They can optionally create an account afterwards to view, reschedule or cancel their appointments.

Yes, on the Professional and Growth plans. You can take a fixed, percentage or full deposit at the point of booking. Deposits are collected online by card through your own connected Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. You can also choose to collect deposits in person at your clinic, or with your own payment method.

Yes. Customers get an instant email confirmation when they book, plus automatic reminders around 48 hours and 2 hours before the appointment. Email reminders are available on every plan; SMS text reminders are available on Professional and Growth.

SMS confirmations and reminders (Professional and Growth) use prepaid credits — one credit per text. You top up in bundles via Stripe, and you can switch on auto top-up so you never run out. If you run out of credits, customers still receive their emails.

Yes, on Professional and Growth. You can upload your logo and choose a brand colour for your booking page, and your confirmation and reminder emails are white-labelled with your own logo. You can also personalise the message text in those emails.

Yes. Free supports one staff member, Professional up to three, and Growth unlimited. Each staff member has their own services and working hours. Multi-location support — running several sites from one account — is available on the Growth plan.

Yes. You can share your hosted booking page as a link or embed the booking widget directly on your own website with a simple iframe snippet, found under Settings → Embed.

Bookedapp is built for any appointment-led business — including hair and beauty salons, barbers, aesthetics and skin clinics, spas and wellness studios, pharmacies, and health and therapy practitioners.

Customers can manage their appointment from their account at customer.bookedapp.io — rescheduling to any available time or cancelling — and they receive an updated confirmation. Your team can also reschedule or cancel from the dashboard calendar.

Create a free account, add your services, staff and opening hours, then share your booking page to start taking appointments. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need deposits, SMS, more staff or multiple locations.
